She met many Scots/Italians, worked in several fields, travelled
extensively in Italy and learned Italian. After two years,
she missed her Scottish home, friends and family. She applied
for a job as a Tour Guide/Manager and successfully toured
Europe for 4 summer seasons, specialising in holidays to Italy.
Kirsty now works for VisitScotland (The Scottish Tourist Board)
full time and hopes to educate her young son in both the language
and culture of the area.
